Online Banking Disclosures & Agreement

ONLINE SERVICES REQUEST & AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ELECTRONICALLY

Thank you for your interest in Mountain National Bank’s Internet Banking Services. Banking Online allows you to view your accounts at your convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will be able to make account transfers between MNB accounts, and make MNB loan and Credit Card payments. Clicking the "Agree" button at the bottom of the page will allow you to receive the necessary disclosures electronically, and to proceed with your enrollment for Internet Banking access.

Electronic Consent: By continuing with your request to enroll for Internet Banking Services, you are consenting electronically to enter into an Agreement that will govern all future transactions you conduct using the Internet Banking Services, and you agree to be bound by its terms. From time to time we may need to convey information to you about our services or certain information that we are required by law or regulation to provide to you in writing.

  • This might include, for example, revisions and amendments to this Agreement or other information in connection with these services, including (but not limited to) information under Regulation E and/or Notices of any changes in terms for other applicable banking or financial services, laws, or regulations.
  • Accessing Online Banking after you receive any notice of change will constitute your agreement to such change(s).

Electronic Delivery: We may deliver future Notices electronically by any of the following methods:

  • Posting the Notice (or a link to the Notice) on our MNB website
  • Via Broadcast Message or in the Inbox of the Secure Message Center once you have logged in to Online Banking
  • By sending the Notice (or a link to the Notice) in a message to the email address that you have provided

Change of Email Notification: You agree to promptly notify us of any change in your email address. Once you are enrolled in Internet Banking, to do so, simply log in at https://www.cey-ebanking.com/CLKPCB/064208437/login.asp, choose the “My Profile” menu option from the toolbar and then “Change Profile Information”.

System Requirements: Any computer with a monitor and a modem that accesses the Internet can be used, but it must be a Windows or Macintosh operating system. The minimum system requirement that will enable you to use the Internet Banking Services and to receive this Agreement and any future information related to the Services, is a secure domestic browser with 128-bit encryption (the ability to read a secure, encrypted site) such as Internet Explorer 6.0, Mozilla Firefox 1.0, Netscape 6.1 for Windows, or Safari 1.2 for MacIntosh. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader program in order to read some future information, including account alerts or reports that you may request. Access for Minors: Students under the age of 18 who enroll will be sent a notice requesting written permission from the parent or guardian who is on the account. This written parental consent must be received before the enrollment process can be completed or access is allowed. Printed Copies of Agreements: You may print and retain a copy of this Agreement (see “Printer-Friendly” link below) and/or any future information that we send electronically. If you prefer, you may also obtain a copy of this Agreement, any amendments to it, and other communications about Internet Banking Services in paper form from us at no charge by writing or calling us at the address and telephone number listed below.

Withdrawing Consent: If you wish at any time to withdraw consent to receive information electronically or to terminate these services, you may call us during normal banking hours at (865) 908-1600, use the Envelope Icon on the toolbar to send a Secure Message to Customer Service once you are logged into your account, or send a letter to:
