A Special Note to Sole Proprietors
Business account holders whose accounts are set up as Sole Proprietorships using a Social Security Number as the Tax ID number may enroll online and log in from our home-page, just as personal account holders do. If your business has been established in this way, you may CLICK HERE to enroll now.
Corporations or Partnerships
Account holders whose businesses are set up as Corporations or Partnerships have two options for Internet Banking with Mountain National Bank:
- Free Basic Business Internet Banking or
- Corporate Cash Management
FREE Basic Business Internet Banking
This type of account offers Business Customers a single User ID log-in with one set limit of transaction authority. Whoever signs the agreement will be the Authorized Rep for your company and must be a signer and/or borrower for all applicable accounts. All communications will be directed to the Authorized Rep, and they will be responsible for protecting the security of the User ID and Password. In addition, they will be the only one that can make any changes to the Internet banking profile, or re-set the password. There is no monthly fee associated with this account. Some of the features available to you are:
- Advanced multi-layered authentication security process; 128-bit encryption of transmitted data
- Access your daily transactions on all MNB accounts, including Loans and Credit Cards*, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with Internet access from anywhere in the world!
- Save paper and filing! Free “eStatements” to view, print or save; statement history available for up to 18 months. If you would like to view an eStatements DEMO, please click here.
- Transfer funds between MNB accounts opened with the same Tax ID number
- Review MNB “BusinessCard” Transactions
- Make MNB Credit Card, Loan, and Line of Credit payments opened with the same Tax ID

- View upcoming electronic transactions that are pending
- View images of paper items such as processed checks and deposit
- Issue Stop Payments (normal fees apply)
- Download transactions FREE into your existing Quicken®, QuickBooks®, Microsoft Money® or Microsoft Money for Small Business® software

To enroll for the Basic Business Internet Banking product, please CLICK HERE and request the Internet Banking Agreement for Basic Business or contact Internet Banking Customer Service at 865-908-1600 during regular banking hours. Once your signed agreement has been received by Internet Banking Operations, it will take 2-3 business days to process your enrollment. At that time, your User ID will be sent to you at the email address you provide.
Corporate Cash Management
If you prefer User ID’s and Passwords for several different people within your company, this product allows for multiple individual Account Users and offers the ability to provide various levels of transaction authority for different Users. Some of the features available to you are:
- Advanced multi-layered authentication security process; 128-bit encryption of transmitted data
- Access daily transactions on all MNB accounts, including Loans and Credit Cards*, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with Internet access from anywhere in the world!
- Transfer funds between MNB accounts opened with the same Tax ID number
- Review MNB “BusinessCard” Transactions
- Make MNB Credit Card, Loan, and Line of Credit payments opened with the same Tax ID number
- Pay bills with unlimited FREE Online BillPay Service provided by CheckFree WebPay [View Demo]
- View upcoming electronic transactions that are pending
- View images of paper items such as processed checks and deposit slips
- Issue Stop Payments (normal fee applies)
- Make important changes to your profile, such as change of address or phone number
- Download transactions FREE into your existing Quicken®, QuickBooks®, Microsoft Money® or Microsoft Money for Small Business® software
- Issue Wire Transfer requests online (requires additional agreement; wire transfer charges apply)
- Corporate Cash Management fee - $10.95 per month
