At Mountain

you open an account with us, you provide us with private financial
and personal information, and we are committed to maintaining the
confidentiality of that information. As a customer, you are not only
protected by federal and state laws but by Mountain National Banks
commitment to uphold both the spirit and the letter of those laws.
Our commitment is described in this Customer Privacy Statement.
We, our, and us mean Mountain National Bank. This is our privacy notice to you, our customer. When we use the words "you" and "your" we mean the following types of customers: all of our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship with us, including a loan or deposit account; a credit card; a safe deposit box; an individual retirement account where we serve as custodian; or a home mortgage.
We believe the confidentiality and protection of your information is one of our fundamental responsibilities both morally and professionally. We will tell you the sources from which nonpublic personal information is collected about you. and we will tell you what measures we take to secure that information. It is with these goals in mind that we have adopted the following principals and have implemented them at all levels of our organization.
Important Terms
Nonpublic personal information means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as widely distributed media or government records.

reveal any non-public personal information about you to a nonaffiliated third party, unless one of the following applies:
- You have consented to the disclosure
- The information is provided to aid in the completion of a request that you have authorized
- The information is provided to companies that participate with us in supplying products and services to you or that promote products or services on behalf of us
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed by third parties. We maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with internal security practices.
